در جشنواره بین‌المللی فیلم «همه‌چیز برای آزادی» در گدانسک، هیات داوران از ثریا اخلاقی به دلیل شجاعت، استعداد و پایداری او در بیان تجربه‌هایش تقدیر کرد. در متن بیانیه‌ای که در خبر منتشرشده به هیات داوران نسبت داده شده، بر خلاقیت اخلاقی و استفاده او از استعاره‌هایی چون دلقک، روباه و ماه صورتی تأکید شده است.

A Fox Under a Pink Moon Reaches 43 International Awards
The documentary A Fox Under a Pink Moon, co-directed by Mehrdad Oskouei and Soraya Akhlaghi, has received recognition at the 25th edition of France’s Le Grand Bivouac festival. Soraya Akhlaghi was also honored by the jury at the All About Freedom Festival in Gdańsk, Poland. According to the reported figures, the film’s total number of international awards has reached 43.
According to Faranema, A Fox Under a Pink Moon follows the life of Soraya Akhlaghi, a young Afghan artist living in Iran who expresses her personal experiences through painting and other forms of artistic expression.
