به گزارش فرانما، فراخوان سومین جشنواره ملی فیلم «ایثار» با تمرکز بر فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت و در قالب ۱۳ محور موضوعی و پنج بخش منتشر شد. فیلمسازان و صاحبان آثار تا پایان روز جمعه ۱۰ مهر ۱۴۰۵ برای شرکت در این رویداد فرصت دارند.
بر اساس گاهشمار اعلامشده از سوی دبیرخانه جشنواره، آثار منتخب روز شنبه ۲۵ مهر ۱۴۰۵ معرفی میشوند. و سومین جشنواره ملی فیلم ایثار در آبان ۱۴۰۵ برگزار خواهد شد.
این دوره علاوه بر فیلمهای مستند کوتاه و بلند و آثار داستانی کوتاه، پذیرای موشنگرافی، نماهنگ و فیلمنامه داستانی کوتاه نیز خواهد بود. و بخشهای ویژهای نیز برای روایتهای مرتبط با ایثار، خانوادههای شهدا و تولیدات مرتبط در نظر گرفته شده است.
جشنواره در پنج بخش
سومین جشنواره ملی فیلم ایثار در پنج بخش اصلی برگزار میشود.
بخش رقابتی جشنواره شامل فیلم مستند کوتاه و بلند، فیلم داستانی کوتاه، موشنگرافی و نماهنگ است. در کنار این بخش، بخش ویژه جشنواره نیز چند محور مستقل را در بر میگیرد.
در بخش ویژه، آثاری با موضوع «جنگ رمضان» در دو گروه مستندهای مستقل مردمی و روایت حرفهای بررسی میشوند. بخش «تشییع آقای شهید» نیز با همین تقسیمبندی برگزار خواهد شد.
«نگاه خانواده معظم شهدا و ایثارگران» و تولیدات معاونت فرهنگی بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران در استانها از دیگر قسمتهای بخش ویژه هستند.
سومین بخش جشنواره به مسابقه فیلمنامهنویسی اختصاص دارد که در آن فیلمنامههای داستانی کوتاه امکان حضور خواهند داشت.
بخش چهارم با عنوان نکوداشت و بزرگداشت برای تجلیل از هنرمندان فعال در حوزه ایثار و شهادت در سینما و تلویزیون، جانبازان و خانواده شهدای جنگ رمضان و همچنین والدین شهدای کودک مدرسه شجره طیبه میناب و ورزشگاه لامرد در نظر گرفته شده است.
نشستها و کارگاههای تخصصی نیز پنجمین بخش این دوره از جشنواره را تشکیل میدهند.
۱۳ محور برای تولید آثار
دبیرخانه جشنواره برای سومین دوره این رویداد ۱۳ محور موضوعی تعیین کرده است.
نقش مفاهیم بنیادین فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت در تقویت وحدت و انسجام ملی، مقاومت و پایداری مردم ایران، روایت سبک زندگی اسلامی شهدا و خانوادههای ایثارگران و روایت شهدای جنگ رمضان از جمله موضوعات اعلامشده هستند.
ایثار، مهربانی، همدلی، عطوفت، فداکاری و انفاق نیز یکی دیگر از محورهای جشنواره است. نقش فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت در ایجاد وفاق ملی، افزایش امید به زندگی، گسترش آزادگی و همچنین افزایش امنیت و آرامش اجتماعی نیز در فهرست موضوعات این دوره قرار دارد.
نقش ایثارگرانه زنان در خانواده و مناسبات اجتماعی و فعالیت سازمانها و نهادهای مردمی در ترویج فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت از دیگر محورهای اعلامشده است.
در بخش دیگری از محورهای جشنواره نیز به شهدای کودک و نوجوان جنگ رمضان، شهدای امنیت، شهدای پدافند و شهدای ناو دنا پرداخته شده است.
موضوعاتی مرتبط با سخنان و دیدگاههای رهبران جمهوری اسلامی درباره فرهنگ ایثار، مقاومت و دفاع از ایران نیز در مجموعه محورهای فراخوان قرار گرفتهاند.
مهلت ارسال تا ۱۰ مهر
متقاضیان میتوانند فرمهای مربوط به جشنواره را از پایگاههای رسمی بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران و نوید شاهد دریافت کنند.
امکان ارسال آثار به صورت اینترنتی از طریق ارسال لینک دانلود اثر به دبیرخانه و همچنین تحویل فیزیکی آثار به دبیرخانه جشنواره در ساختمان بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران در تهران فراهم شده است.
آخرین مهلت دریافت آثار پایان روز جمعه ۱۰ مهر ۱۴۰۵ است. پس از پایان این مرحله، فرایند انتخاب آثار انجام میشود و فهرست آثار منتخب در ۲۵ مهر اعلام خواهد شد.
سومین جشنواره ملی فیلم ایثار به همت بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران، ادارهکل امور هنری و گروه تلویزیونی و سینمایی شاهد برگزار میشود.
Third National Isaar Film Festival Opens Call for Entries
Faranemaa reports that the call for entries for the Third National Isaar Film Festival has been announced across 13 thematic subjects and five sections, with filmmakers and other applicants given until October 2, 2026, corresponding to 10 Mehr 1405, to submit their works.
According to the festival calendar, the selected works will be announced on October 17, 2026, corresponding to 25 Mehr 1405, while the festival itself is scheduled to take place in Aban 1405.
The new edition accepts a range of audiovisual works, including short and feature-length documentaries, short fiction films, motion graphics and music videos, while a separate screenplay competition has also been included.
Five Festival Sections
The Third National Isaar Film Festival will be organized in five main sections.
The competitive section includes short and feature-length documentaries, short narrative films, motion graphics and music videos.
A special section will feature several subjects, including “Ramadan War”, divided into independent public documentaries and professional narratives. Another category titled “Funeral of Mr. Martyr” will follow the same structure.
Works presenting the perspectives of families of martyrs and veterans, as well as productions by provincial cultural departments of the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs, will also be included in the special section.
The festival’s third section is a screenwriting competition dedicated to short narrative screenplays.
A tribute section will honor artists active in cinema and television whose work has addressed sacrifice and martyrdom, as well as veterans, families of those killed in the Ramadan War, and parents of children killed at Shajareh Tayyebeh School in Minab and Lamerd Stadium.
The fifth section will consist of professional meetings and specialized workshops.
13 Themes Announced
The festival secretariat has introduced 13 thematic areas for this edition.
They cover subjects such as the role of the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom in national solidarity, resistance and perseverance, the Islamic lifestyle of martyrs and their families, and narratives related to those killed in the Ramadan War.
Other themes include sacrifice, kindness, solidarity, compassion, selflessness and charity, as well as the role of the culture of sacrifice in strengthening national unity, hope, freedom, social security and public tranquility.
The festival also seeks works exploring the role of women in acts of sacrifice within families and society, and the contribution of public organizations and institutions to promoting the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom.
Other announced themes focus on children and teenagers killed during the Ramadan War, security personnel, air-defense personnel and those killed aboard the Dena vessel.
Themes relating to the statements and perspectives of the leaders of the Islamic Republic regarding sacrifice, resistance and the defense of Iran are also included in the call.
Deadline Set for October 2
Applicants may obtain registration forms through the official platforms of the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs and Navid Shahed.
Works can be submitted digitally by sending a download link to the festival secretariat, while physical submission to the festival office in Tehran is also available.
The final submission deadline is October 2, 2026. The selected works are scheduled to be announced on October 17, with the festival taking place the following month.
